Easy and healthy tomato and tuna salad
Hey sweet sinners, here it is the recipe for my easy and healthy tomato and tuna salad from my Instagram picture.
This is a really easy, fast and delicious salad that anyone can do. It’s a healthy, nutritious and yummy dish perfect for lunch or as part of your dinner.
What you’ll need (1 person):
- 1 tomato
- arugula – to your taste
- half can of tuna fish
- 1 tsp pesto
- 10 sliced black olives
- sliced/ grated parmesan cheese
- extra virgin olive oil or grape seed oil – to your taste
Preparing the salad:
Slice the tomato and arugula and place them in a bowl. Open a 150 g can of tuna fish and add half of it in the bowl. Then slice 10 black olives and add them to the mixture. For that delicious taste add 1 tsp pesto and extra virgin olive oil or grape seed oil and mix everything together.
As a huge cheese lover I can’t go without grated parmesan cheese on top!
